  • 1 x 3 lb chicken cut into serving pcs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Инструкции

  1. Coat chicken pcs with flour. Blend egg with peanut butter, salt, and pepper. Gradually add in lowfat milk, beating with fork to blend.
  2. Dip floured chicken in peanut butter mix, then roll in crumbs. Place in shallow greased baking pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for about an hour or possibly till tender.
