  • 1 1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
  • 4 c. Honey graham cereal, crushed
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1 pkt Lowfat milk chocolate chips (about 1 c.), (5.75 ounce.)

Инструкции

  1. Mix peanut butter and margarine; stir in cereal. Fold in powdered sugar, 1/3 at a time. Press mix firmly in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
  2. Heat shortening in 1 qt saucepan over low heat till melted. Add in chocolate chips. Heat over very low heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Spread chocolate mix over cereal mix. Chill till chilled, about 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator 10 min before serving. Cut into bars, about 2 1/4 x 1 1/2-inches. Chill only remaining bars.
  3. Yield: 24 bars.
