  •     Cake
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  •     FROSTING
  • 1 pkt chocolate chips (6 ounces)
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. To 3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Peanut butter

  1. In large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. In small bowl mix Large eggs and buttermilk. Bring peanut butter, water, and butter to a rapid boil. Pour boiling mix over dry mix and mix well. Add in buttermilk and egg mix. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cold.
  2. FOR FROSTING: Heat chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Add in confectioners sugar and peanut butter and beat till smooth. Refrigeratefor about 15 min or possibly till frosting is of spreading consistency.
