Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Ингредиенты

  • 1 recipe of your favorite brownie batter (box mix is fine! Need a recipe, click here)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (mix of Peanut Butter and Choc would be good too)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin tins very well.
  2. Fill muffin tins with brownie batter. Bake for 10 minutes. The centers should cave in a little once you remove from the oven. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Mix together peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fill center of brownies with 1 heaping teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture. Top with a few chocolate chips.
  4. Makes approx. 36 mini brownie bites.
