Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup 2% milk
- ½ plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon Golden Brown flax-seed
Place all your ingredients in a blender and process
I don’t know why, but I have never been a huge fan of smoothies.
But I recently discovered that it’s the berry smoothies that I am not that crazy about. Oddly enough, the hubby likes the berry ones.
I found this one to be rich and thick and delicious. It was rather thick so I added a little extra milk to mine, but delicious nonetheless.
I have a feeling I may be experimenting a bit more with smoothies now.
