3 lbs. frying chicken 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 (16 ounce.) can peach halves 1 c. barbecue sauce

1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (8 ounce.) can sm. onions 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. white sugar

Инструкции

1. Rub chicken with salt and brush with butter. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 c. syrup. Combine syrup, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, and brown and white sugar. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 more min.
2. Arrange peaches and onions around chicken. Baste with sauce and bake 30 min more or possibly till chicken is tender.
