- Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Wash the peaches. Cut them in half and remove the stones. Enlarge the hollow left by stones by scooping out some of the peach with a small spoon. Sprinkle the peach halves with lemon juice. Soften the amaretti crumbs in the marsala or possibly brandy for a few min. Beat the butter till soft. Stir in the amaretti mix and all the remaining ingredients. Arrange the peach halves in a baking dish in one layer hollow side upwards. Divide the amaretti mix into 8 parts, and fill the hollows, mounding the stuffing up the in the center.
- Bake 35-40 min. These are delicious seved warm or possibly cool.
