- Grease bottom of 9 inch deep dish or possibly 10 inch pie plate. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Pour into prepared plate. Place liquid removed peaches over batter, keeping at least 1/2 to 1 inch from edge of plate. In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and next 3 ingredients. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Spoon over peaches within same distance from edge. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min. Cold to room temperature; refrigeratetill served. Makes 10 servings.
