  • 3/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. vanilla desert mix
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp. butter (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) sliced peaches liquid removed, reserve juice
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, soft
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. reserved juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Grease bottom of 9 inch deep dish or possibly 10 inch pie plate. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Pour into prepared plate 1/2 to 1 inch from edge of plate. In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and next three ingredients. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Spoon over peaches within same distance from edge. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min. Cold to room temperature. Refrigeratetill served. Makes 10 servings.
