3 1/2 c. sliced peaches (1 1/2 lg. cans) 3/4 c. quick oats 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. butter

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch round or possibly square pan. Add in liquid removed peaches. Combine next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over peaches. Bake approximately 30 min.
