Ингредиенты

1/3 c. packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 2 tbsp. butter

1/3 c. minced pecans 2 (16 ounce.) cans yams, liquid removed 16 ounce. can peach slices, liquid removed 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Инструкции

1. Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in nuts. In 1 1/2 qt casserole layer 1/2 of yams, peaches, sugar mix and 1 c. marshmallows. Repeat layers of yams, peaches and sugar mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Sprinkle top with remaining marshmallows. Broil till lightly browned.
