- Combine biscuit mix, sugar, butter and lowfat milk. Press with floured finger tips into a well greased 9 inch pie pan. Don't ROLL DOUGH. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 min. Prepare pudding as directed on the box, except use only 1 1/2 c. of lowfat milk instead of two. Add in almond extract; cold. Pour into crust. Top with whipped cream, sweetened if you like, and well liquid removed peaches.
