Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Flour, unsifted
  • 1/4 c. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Fresh peaches, peeled & minced
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, mix cinn.& sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, & nutmeg together
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar, together

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  3. With pastry blender or possibly two knives, cut in butter till fine crumbs form.
  4. In a small bowl, lightly beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till blended; reserve 1 Tbsp.. Stir in peaches into remaining egg mix. Add in to flour mix, mixing with fork till dough forms.
  5. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead once or possibly twice. Pat dough into a 6-inch square. Cut into 4 3 x 3-inch squares. Cut each square into 2 triangle.
  6. Place 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Brush with reserved egg mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon/nutmeg/sugar mix and bake for 15 min or possibly till golden brown.
