1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn raspberries, thawed 1 tbsp. brandy (optional) 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches 4 coconut macaroons, crumbled Non-dairy whipped topping

Инструкции

1. Puree raspberries and brandy till smooth. Strain and throw away seeds. Layer ice cream, peaches, cookies, and raspberry sauce in 6 parfait glasses or possibly dessert dishes. Top each parfait with whipped topping. Serves 6.
