3/4 ounce Hazelnut Liqueur

4 ounce Vanilla Ice Cream
3/4 ounce Light Cream
1 ounce Melba Sauce or possibly Raspberry Jam

Blend ingredients till smooth. Serve in chilled 8-ounce glass and garnish with a peach slice.
