- Combine peaches and 1/2 c. sugar. Let stand for 10 min. Heat butter in a 8 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Set aside. Combine flour, 1 c. sugar, baking pwdr and salt in a medium bowl. Add in lowfat milk, mixing well. Pour batter into prepared dish. Don't STIR. Pour peach mix over batter. Bake at 375 deg. for 50 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot with ice cream.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
