What you'll need for this summery cocktail:

• 1 lb. Peaches
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Water
• 2 T. Lemon Juice
• 1 c. Ice cubes
• Sparkling Wine (or Champagne)*

* For a nonalcoholic version you can use Sprite/7-up/Sparkling water in place of the wine.
