%20just%20leave%20a%20comment%20telling%20me%20what%20about%20Spring%20are%20you%20most%20looking%20forward%20to?%20It%E2%80%99s%20open%20to%20US%20residents%20only%20sorry.%20You%20have%20from%20now%20until%20Thursday%20April%2018th%202013%20at%206pm%20pst%20to%20enter.%20You%20can%20only%20enter%20once.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOff%20to%20procrastinate%20some%20more%20from%20my%20real%20responsibilities%20by%20baking%20something%20with%20my%20giant%20peanut%20butter%20cups!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20could%20make%20this%20in%20a%20giant%20tart%20pan%20but%20I%20think%20you%20would%20need%20more%20peanut%20butter%20filling%20for%20that.%20I%20used%20Four%203%203/4%E2%80%9D%20removable%20bottom%20tart%20pans.%20The%20removable%20bottom%20makes%20them%E2%80%A6surprise,%20easy%20to%20remove.%20Spray%20some%20baking%20spray%20into%20the%20tart%20pans,%20then%20add%20a%20parchment%20paper%20circle%20to%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20tart%20pan%20(this%20makes%20the%20lifting%20up%20part%20easier).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20double%20boiler,%20melt%20chocolate%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFill%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20tart%20pans%20with%20chocolate%20and%20spread%20evenly%20using%20a%20offset%20spatula.%20If%20you%20thinking%20how%20much%20chocolate%20then%20ask%20yourself%20how%20thick%20are%20peanut%20butter%20cup%20bottoms%20and%20go%20with%20that.%20You%20will%20want%20it%20to%20be%20a%20little%20thicker%20as%20it%20is%20the%20bottom%20of%20your%20cup.%20Once%20done%20throw%20in%20to%20fridge%20for%2030%20minutes%20to%20set%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20make%20the%20filling%20just%20add%20the%20peanut%20butter%20and%20powdered%20sugar%20to%20a%20mixing%20bowl%20(I%20used%20a%20stand%20mixer)%20and%20beat%20until%20fully%20combined.%20If%20not%20using%20salted%20peanut%20butter,%20you%20may%20need%20to%20add%20a%20pinch%20of%20salt.%20Test%20to%20see.%20Place%20filling%20into%20a%20piping%20bag,%20if%20you%20don%E2%80%99t%20have%20one%20use%20a%20plastic%20storage%20bag.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPipe%20the%20peanut%20butter%20filling%20in%20a%20circle%20on%20top%20of%20the%20chocolate%20layer.%20Leave%20about%201/2%E2%80%B3%20open%20around%20the%20edge.%20Do%20this%20to%20all%20of%20the%20peanut%20butter%20cups.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%E2%80%99s%20probably%20easiest%20to%20put%20the%20remainder%20of%20the%20chocolate%20into%20a%20piping%20bag%20(If%20it%E2%80%99s%20cold%20where%20you%20are%20you%20might%20have%20to%20reheat%20it%20a%20little).%20Pipe%20the%20chocolate%20(or%20spoon)%20around%20the%20peanut%20butter%20and%20then%20pipe/spread%20a%20thin%20layer%20on%20top%20smoothing%20it%20out(try%20and%20get%20yours%20smoother%20than%20mine%E2%80%A6and%20yes%20that%20was%20my%20best%20one%20sadly).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChill%20for%20a%20least%20an%20hour.%20Unmold%20by%20pushing%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20tart%20pans%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20just%20eat%20yours%20or%20save%20it%20for%20a%20baked%20good%20like%20I%20am.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20only%20fair%20to%20share...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
