Ингредиенты

  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Raw mashed banana pulp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Lightly baked 9" pie shell
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Half and half cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted margarine
  •     Nutmeg to taste

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs with cornstarch.
  2. Add in all ingredients except nutmeg.
  3. Blend well and pour into a baked pie shell.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
  5. Bake in a preheted 450 oven for 10 min.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 min or possibly longer, or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
