  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp grnd red pepper (cayenne)
  • 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves
