Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Ivory Sauce see * Note
  • 1 c. Thawed frzn "mixed vegetables"
  • 1 c. Canned black eyed peas liquid removed, rinsed
  •     Sun-dry tomatoes packed in oil a few to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Sliced scallion
  • 1/2 c. Grated Pecorino cheese
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounce Cooked dry short-shape pasta

Инструкции

  1. Bring Ivory Sauce to a boil. Add in vegetables and peas and bring to a simmer. Pat dry sun-dry tomatoes and cut into slivers. Add in to sauce with scallions. Stir in half of cheese; reserve other half for garnish.
  2. Spoon sauce over pasta and garnish with remaining cheese.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
