  • 8 ounce uncooked dry linguine or possibly spaghetti
  • 6 Tbsp. LAND O LAKES(r) Ultra Creamy(tm) Butter
  • 1/2 c. minced onion or possibly shallots
  • 12 ounce fresh medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, tails removed, rinsed,
  •     liquid removed
  • 1 med coarsely minced green pepper, (1 c.)
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
  • 1/4 c. gourmet heavy whipping cream, or possibly half & half
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 5 med roma tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 c. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain. Set aside; keep hot.
  2. Meanwhile, heat butter in 10 inch skillet till sizzling; add in onion, shrimp, green pepper, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till shrimp turn pink (6 to 7 min).
  3. Stir whipping cream and flour together in small bowl till smooth; stir into shrimp mix. Continue cooking till mix just comes to a boil (about 1 minute). Stir in tomatoes and basil.
  4. Place warm, cooked pasta in large pasta bowl or possibly on serving platter; top with shrimp mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
