Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 4 c. cooked pasta radiatore, chilled
  • 4 c. thinly sliced raw vegetables
  •     (red onion, green onion,
  •     broccoli, celery, yellow squash, mushrooms)
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 6 ounce salad shrimp cooked

Инструкции

  1. Combine vinaigrette ingredients. Mix well till the mustard and honey is dissolved.
  2. Set aside in the refrigerator to refrigeratewhile making the salad.
  3. Combine the pasta, vegetables, capers and shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the ingredients and toss till all of the liquid is absorbed. The salad can be eaten immediately or possibly refrigerated overnight.
  4. Itis best when refrigerated for a few hrs.
