Рецепт Pasta Carbonara

Ингредиенты

1/4 lb package of mild Italian sausage 1/4 lb prosciutto ham, thinly sliced 1/2 c. chopped parsley 3 well beaten Large eggs

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1/2 package thick spaghetti

Инструкции

1. Cook Sausage till almost done. Add in prosciutto and parsley till all is cooked.
2. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
3. Add in to pasta the butter, Large eggs, parsley, meats, cheese and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
