  • 1 c. matzoh cake meal
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stk soft butter
  •     or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. pecans minced

  1. With fingertips, crumble cake meal, sugar, and butter into a coarse meal. Stir in the minced pecans (walnuts also work). Sprinkle proportionately over any fruit pie and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 45 min. You may want to add in some cinnamon, nutmeg, or possibly ginger to this streusel depending upon that fruit filling you choose.
