Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. Raw carrots, (scraped and grated)
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs, (separated)
  • 1/2 c. Blanched almonds, (finely grnd)
  • 1/4 x Rind lemon, 1/4 (grated)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sweet red wine

Инструкции

  1. Use a fine grater to prepare the carrots. Beat the sugar and egg yolks till light and thick. Add in the carrots, almonds, lemon rind and wine. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold them into pudding. Grease a 6 c. casserole and coat with cake meal. Pour in pudding and bake at 325 about 60 minutes.
  2. till hard and well browned. Serve at once.
