  • 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted in double boiler or possibly microwaved for small amounts of time and mixed often)
  • 2 c. Matzo farfel
  • 1 c. Minced nuts

  1. I had these the other day, and I must say they were really very good.
  2. Mix all ingredients till matzo and nuts are completely coated.
  3. On an ungreased cookie sheet, take a tsp. full at a time and place on the cookie sheet.
  4. Chill at least 2 hrs.
  5. Note: My grandmother usually makes these with a 3 1/2 ounce can of chinese noodles, the very thin round ones, instead of the matzo farfel.
