3.5 oz lemon (organic)
3.5 oz runny honey
3.5 oz olive oil

Peel the parsley root and grate it into a glass bowl.
In a blender finely chop the lemon. Add to the grated parsley.
Add honey and olive oil stir and combine.
Pour the mixture into a suitable jar. Keep in a cool place. Take 1 teaspoon 1/2 an hour before each meal.
