Ингредиенты

  • 3 1/2 c. Confectioners Sugar, (powdered)
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1/2 c. Margarine, cut into pcs
  • 1/4 c. Rich's Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Minced Nuts or possibly Mini Marshmallows, (optional)

Инструкции

  1. In a microwaveable bowl stir first 3 ingredients together till well blended. Drop margarine pcs into sugar mix. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 min, or possibly till margarine is melted. Add in Rich's lowfat milk stirring till smooth. Microwave on HIGH 1-1 1/2 min longer till mix is thick and creamy. Don't overcook.
  2. Stir in vanilla, nuts or possibly marshmallows. Pour into wax paper lined 8" square pan and chill till hard. Cut into squares and enjoy.
