Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Chocolate Chips
  • 5 Tbsp. Warm Coffee
  • 4 x Large eggs -- separated
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange Liquor

Инструкции

  1. Over very warm water, heat chocolate with warm coffee. (I heat the chocolate in the microwave-High for 1 minute-and then stir in coffee.) Add in liquor.
  2. (Original recipe called for rum.) Add in egg yolks, and beat very well. Beat egg whites separately and fold chocolate mix into whites. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill.
  3. Serves 4-6.
  4. NOTE: The first 4 ingredients may becombined in blender and mixed on high speed for about 1 min. (This is how I do it.) Garnish with dollop of non-dairy Cold Whip and some shaved chocolate. I like to serve it in stemmed glasses.
