  • 6 lrg Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 lb Bacon, diced
  • 6 Tbsp. Ice water
  • 4 tsp Sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tsp Warm Hungarian paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1 lb Grnd pork
  • 1/2 c. Minced liquid removed sauerkraut

  1. With processor running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince. Add in next 7 ingredients and process till thick paste forms. Add in pork and combine, using on/off turns Add in sauerkraut and just fold in. With moistened hands, shape sausage into six 3/4-inch-thick patties; arrange on plate. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in sausage patties and cook till brown and just cooked through, about 6 min per side. PAPRIKA PORK PATTIES
