Ингредиенты

  • 12oz. Hand made or store bought pasta
  • 1C Walnuts crushed
  • 1ea. Garlic Clove minced
  • 1C Basil
  • 1/2C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3T Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1bu. Arugula

Инструкции

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. In food processor puree garlic with extra virgin olive oil, add walnuts, basil and parmesan puree until smooth.
  3. Combine pasta, pesto and arugula and serve.
