- Lb. each breast between sheets of parchment or possibly wax paper till 1/2-inch thick, then dip in flour to coat well. Heat oil in large skillet. Fry chicken till browned, about 5 min per side. Remove from skillet and keep hot.
- Add in onions, parsley and mushrooms to skillet and cook till softened, about 10 min. Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Add in Marsala and simmer till sauce reduces and thickens, 5 - 10 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
