1 med. red onion, sliced very thin, rinsed in water, seasoned with salt, to garnish

10 leaves of lettuce, to garnish, 1 for each potato

1 pound cottage cheese

1 teaspoon Turmeric gives taste and color to the sauce

Warm green or possibly red warm pepper to the taste (half of 1 med. size)
