Paneer Mutter Masala Recipe

Green Peas and Paneer Gravy – best served with roti or rice.

Ingredients:

Paneer – 300 gms, cubed

Method:

1. Heat a little oil in a pan.

2. Fry the paneer cubes till light golden and remove.

3. Add the remaining oil to the pan.

4. Fry the cardamoms, cinnamons and cloves for 30 seconds.

5. Add the onions and saute for a minute or two.

6. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi and salt.

7. Mix well and add a little water. Cook for a minute.

8. Add butter, green peas and paneer.

9. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

10. Garnish with coriander leaves.

11. Serve hot as a side dish.

Tip: Adjust water quantity depending on how much gravy you want.
