Рецепт Paneer Kofthas
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Crumbled paneer
- 2 medium sized Potatoes, boiled
- 1 medium sized Onions, Sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2" piece Ginger, finely grated
- 2-3 no's Green chillies, finely chopped
- 10-12 no's broken cashews
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Tbsp Rice Flour (optional)
Few Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead it into a dough consistency. Divide them into equal sized balls.
Deep fry them and serve them hot with mint chutney.
Serving
You can serve them with ketchup/sauce or any chutney variety.
