Рецепт Paneer Bhurji
Well, I could not end up this series without making the classsic - The Paneer Bhurji. So here it is the mumbai style paneer bhurji. The only difference between the regular one and this, is the pav bhaji masala.
Paneer Bhurji
Scrambled paneer - a classic substitute to the egg bhurji.
Prep Time: 10 Mins | Cook Time: 15 Mins | Total Time: 25 Mins | Serves: 2
Ingredients
250 gms paneer, grated
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 Medium sized tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Peas
- 1/4 Cup chopped Capsicum (red or green)
- 1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
Few coriander for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Then add the chopped onions and green chillies. Sautee until th eonions turn translucent.
Then add the tomatoes and cook until it softens and mixes well.
Add the peas and capsicum. Mix it.
Then add the pav bhaji masala and salt. Adjust as per your spice level.
Finally add the grated paneer and mix it well. Check for seasoning and adjust.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with roti or chapathi.
