2 c. of a good biscuit mix
1 egg

1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. club soda

Mix well. Pour onto a hot griddle for pancakes or possibly into your waffle iron for delicious waffles. Since the batter is of an effervescent nature, you can't store it. So cook all of it at once and then freeze the pancakes or possibly waffles.
