Today is the folk holiday called "Maslenitsa" in Russia. It celebrates the ending of the winter with fun and joy. Pancakes (or Bliny on Russian) are traditional meal for this holiday. Happy Maslenitsa!

Ингредиенты

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 2/3 c flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 Tbsp salt
  • butter for frying

Инструкции

  1. Sift the flour into bowl, add salt, milk, whipped eggs, mix all.
  2. Fry the handful size of the medley on pan on both sides.
  3. Serve with jam or syrup. Enjoy!
