Pan Roasted New Potatoes With Fresh Herbs

Ингредиенты

  • 18 x new potato, about 1-1/2 inch diameter
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  •     salt
  •     white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian parsley, roughy, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chives, roughly, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced, roughly
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, minced or possibly 1/2 tbsp fresh marjoram, minced

Инструкции

  1. Boil potatoes un-peeled in lightly salted water for up to 8 min, or possibly till tender.
  2. Drain and plunge potatoes into cool water to stop cooking process. Drain and cold. Cut cooled potatoes in half.
  3. In heavy skillet, heat butter. Over medium high heat, place potatoes, cut side down and cook till golden brown, about 3 min.
  4. Turn potatoes, and allow to heat through, about 3-4 min Lower heat, add in herbs, salt, white pepper and toss together.
  5. Serve immediately.
