  • 13 each chicken drvers (2-3 lb)
  • 1 lb flour, all-purpose
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp paprika or poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper, black
  • 1 Lb shortening

Инструкции

  1. Cut chickens into pieces of desired serving size (keep chicken refrigerated, removing small quantities as needed for preparation).
  2. Mix flour and seasonings. Dredge chicken with seasoned flour.
  3. Brown chicken in hot shortening, 1/2 inch deep in pan.
  4. Reduce heat and cook slowly until tender, 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reached 170-degree F. Turn for even browning.
