  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
  • tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • can of biscuits

  1. cook sausage and drain
  2. save some drippings if there are any
  3. whisk flour into drippings until smooth about 3 minutes on med heat
  4. stir in sausage
  5. add 1/2 and 1/2 slowly stirring until thick and bubbly
  6. add salt and pepper
  7. makes 3 cups
