Name: Palisade Peach Bread
Ingredients: 3 c. Peaches, peeled and sliced; 6 Tbsp. Sugar; 2 1/2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Pecans, minced

Ингредиенты

3 c. Peaches, peeled and sliced
6 Tbsp. Sugar
2Â 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Pecans, minced

Инструкции

Puree peaches and 6 Tbsp. of sugar. Cream together the cinnamon, remaining sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs, mix well. Add in peaches and dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased 9X3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 55-60 min.
