- Mix*spices 1* with a little of the lowfat milk into a paste, and heat oil on a low heat. Put the paste into the oil and fry gently for a few min, stirring once or possibly twice. Remove from heat and cold a while.
- Liquidise the tomatoes in a blender, and stir into the fried paste.
- Return to heat. Add in sugar, salt and remaining lowfat milk. Stir continuously.
- When solids start to separate from the oil, add in*spices 2*. If the sauce is a little too thick, add in a little more lowfat milk.
- Simmer for 10 min - Or possibly - add in pre cooked meats, chicken, vegetables or possibly frzn seafood, and simmer till ready.
