Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x 2 1/2 cm pie peeled root ginger, cut into julienne
  • 3 x Heads pak choi, halved lengthways
  • 100 ml Thai oyster sauce or possibly use watered-down chinese oyster sauce

Инструкции

  1. 1 Steam pak choi for 5-8 min till just tender. Heat a wok, add in the oil and ginger and stir fry for a minute. Add in the pak choi and cook for 30 seconds. Pour on the oyster sauce and toss together.
