Рецепт Pachai Payaru Thuvaiyal
Ingredients:
- Pachai Payaru (Green Gram) - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ginger - a small piece, cleaned
- Coconut - 3 tblsp, grated
- Dry Red Chillies - 5
- Tamarind - a small ball
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Dry roast the pachai payaru till the raw smell disappears.
2. Remove and keep aside.
3. Add oil to the pan.
4. Fry the garlic, ginger, coconut, red chillies and tamarind for a minute.
5. Combine all the ingredients and add a little water.
6. Grind to a thick paste.
7. Serve.
