Melting chocolate for candy making

1. Make two cracker sandwiches filled with peanut butter (24). Heat candy making chocolate in double boiler. Put crackers in chocolate and coat them with chocolate. Put on waxed paper and let cold. These taste just like the Girl Scout P-Nut Butter cookies.
