- Slice meat into thin strips.
- Heat 1 tbsp margarine in a large frying pan, saute/fry meat quickly leaving pink inside; remove from pan.
- Stir fry onion, garlic and mushrooms in 1 Tbsp margarine till tender; remove from pan and toss with meat.
- Heat remaining 2 Tbsp margarine in same pan, whisk in four and gradually add in water; stir till smooth.
- Crumble OXO bouillon cubes into pan, cook stirring constantly till mix is smooth and thickened.
- Add in lowfat sour cream, tomato paste and worcestershire sauce; heat gently stirring till smooth.
- Add in meat and vegetables to sauce mix; cook stirring just till heated.
- Serve over warm noodles, sprinkle with parsley.
