The holidays are perfect to try this recipe out but honestly it’s good anytime you want to spoil yourself or your family. You see I love treating my family to a delicious breakfast over the holidays or weekends, but let’s great real. I’m not all about getting up in the morning and slaving over it then waiting for it to cook. It’s just not going to happen. It’d rather be enjoying my cup of coffee. That’s why I have an adoration for Overnight breakfasts like these French Toast Casseroles. I can whip them up the night before, pop them in the fridge, do a few finishing touches while my oven preheats in the morning then throw it in the oven and let it bake while I enjoy that cup of coffee with my name on it.

Sounds lovely doesn’t it? Plus it makes you look like a rockstar and trust me I’m all about making myself or you look like a rockstar in the eyes of family and friends.

If you are looking for a fabulous treat for your family for breakfast grab your can of Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling and get to work with this Overnight Caramel Apple French Toast. I promise that you will be receiving applause from everyone!
