  • 1 x 8 ounce loaf French Bread, ends trimmed, cut diagonally, 1 inch thick
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 6 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

Инструкции

  1. Grease a shallow 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Arrange bread in a single layer in prepared dish, squeezing slices to fit if necessary.
  2. In large bowl whisk lowfat milk, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla till blended. Pour proportionately over bread. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Cover and chill overnight or possibly up to 24 hrs.
  3. To Serve: Heat oven to 350. Uncover baking dish, dot pudding with butter and bake 45 min or possibly till set and a lightly golden.
